Tracie held a limited-ticket event for customers of Mistrel in the boutique that she has run for over ten years. A friend who runs British Cassis sponsored the event and within a day she sold every ticket. Everything was set for an evening of new fashion and kir royale.
Tracie continued: “My lovely customers were very generous as always and Kathy Stansfield, secretary of Dartmouth Green Partnerships was there.”
Kathy said: “DGP has to raise over £100,000 to complete the building of the new greenhouse which will open for community groups to learn about and practice horticulture, to improve education, health and wellbeing, as well as becoming an important attraction for Dartmouth.
“We have already raised £26,000; £20,000 of that from the Postcode Lottery Trust, and we can now add the £290 raised from the generosity of Mistrel’s clients and British Casis.”
