A massive tree has collapsed in the South Hams – closing the road between Shaugh Prior and Bickleigh.
Police said it came down near the Dewerstone car park at around 9.20am on Wednesday, October 30.
PCSO Diana Summers, of Ivybridge Police, said: “The road from Shaugh Prior to Bickleigh is blocked completely.
“There is a very large tree which will take most of the day to clear.
“Please find an alternative route.”
Highways England are currently on scene and are working to reopen the road.
