A MAN convicted of assaulting two people in Dartmouth last year breached a community order imposed by magistrates.

Luke Anthony Brady, 42, of Norton Park, Dartmouth, admitted the breach when he appeared before magistrates in Torquay on Tuesday.

The court was told Brady the community order was imposed by South and West Devon Magistrates Court in January for assaulting Caleb Brown and Andrea Brown in August last year.

Torquay magistrates imposed a new community order, requiring Brady to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by the probation service up to a maximum of 30 days over the next 12 months.

Brady was also ordered to pay £50 costs.
