A man has been arrested after a car crashed into a wall in Embankment Road, Kingsbridge.

A silver Rover crashed into and demolished part of a wall by the cemetery. A roadside breath test indicated the man was three times over the drink-drive limit, say police.

A police spokesman said: ’If you are going to have a drink then please don’t drive. Luckily this time it was only a wall which was crushed.’
