A man was stabbed on Sunday night after an argument at a flat in Jubilee Close, Dartmouth.

Police were called on Sunday, February 26, when an argument that broke out between two men aged 24 and 56, led to the 24-year-old being stabbed twice in the face, near his eye socket, which required hospital treatment.

The 56-year-old man was arrested for affray, a public order offence, and is currently on conditional police bail until March 27. Conditions include not contacting anyone involved in the incident and not visiting Jubilee Close.

The 24-year-old is recovering well and is back at home.
