Tally Ho! up for a British Coach Tourism Awards

By Contributed in Transport

Local firm Tally Ho! Holidays are proud to announce that they have once again made the shortlist as finalists in these prestigious national awards.

The company previously won the ‘small fleet’ award at the 2015 National Coach Tourism Awards.

Now re-named the British Coach Tourism Awards, these are the leading industry awards recognising excellence and development across the coach tourism community.

The Tally Ho! Holidays team will be heading to the glamorous awards ceremony at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on Wednesday as part of the programme for the British Tourism and Travel Show at the NEC.

Tour managers Lisa Paterson and Hilary McIntosh will be joined by holiday drivers Darren and Peter and, if successful, they’ll receive the award from the event’s celebrity host, TV presenter and broadcaster, Gethin Jones.

Tally Ho! boss, Don McIntosh said: “These awards really are about showing off the very best that the coach tourism industry has to offer in the UK. As a relatively small Devon-based company, we were delighted to win the ‘small fleet’ category in 2015 and would really love to win it again. The Tally Ho! holidays team has been working very hard – adding new holidays, boosting online bookings and maintaining incredibly high customer satisfaction levels so we felt it was time to go for gold again.”
